Shawn Wilborne

Co-Founder and AI Builder @ Lid Vizion. Shawn envisions a future where anyone can quickly deploy secure and scalable computer vision apps. He has led AI research with the University of Miami Frost Institute for Data Science and Computing, funded by the U.S. Department of Energy, and previously developed proprietary datasets and CV models for recycling detection. A former college hooper, he also enjoys teaching kids about AI.

Lamar Giggetts

Lamar is CTO @ Lid Vizion, where he leads engineering for backend infrastructure and AI-powered applications. He has deep expertise in React, TypeScript, MongoDB, and AW. He previously developed the Mesoscale Mission Manager Tool, and numerous other systems used by the federal government. His work spans cloud architecture, ML model integration, and mission-critical data pipelines.

Amilcar Peña

Amilcar is Head of AI @ Lid Vizion, specializing in distributed systems, APIs, and multi-tenant backend architecture. He builds scalable infrastructure for embeddings, inference pipelines, and vector search across both product development and open-source. Amilcar also serves as a mentor and teaching assistant, supporting students in data structures, algorithms, and technical interview preparation through roles at CodePath and Florida International University.

Sai Hemanth Gummadapu

Sai is an AI Engineer @ Lid Vizion, building end-to-end AI-powered applications. He architects cloud-native backends (AWS Lambda, API Gateway), develops React frontends with MobX state management, and integrates computer vision models into production workflows. His expertise spans full-stack development, distributed systems debugging, API design, and deploying scalable AI solutions from model to UI.

Simon Susmitha Kolapudi

Simon is an AI Engineer Intern @ Lid Vizion, focused on training and optimizing large language models such as LLaMA, T5, and DeepSeek. She excels in model fine-tuning, quantization, and delivering production-ready AI solutions with precision and attention to detail.
